Novel low-dielectric constant and soluble polyimides from diamines containing fluorene and pyridine unit

Polyimides (PI's) with low-dielectric constant and excellent organic solubility have broad application prospects in the electronic field. Herein, this study designed a series of novel, low dielectric, organic soluble PI films by creatively introducing fluorene and pyridine ring into diamine monomers. Because of the noncoplanar structure of fluorenyl and the polarization of pyridine ring, PI films achieved a low-dielectric constant (2.22–3.09 at 10 MHz) and excellent organic solubility. Even in some organic solvents with low-boiling points, these PI films still exhibited outstanding solubility. In addition, all the films possessed high-tensile strength (≈120 MPa) and excellent optical transparency (>70%, 450 nm). It was worth noting that the glass transition temperature of films was all above 280°C and 5% weight loss temperature (T_5%) was at 486–553°C. In general, the novel high-performance low-dielectric PI films are expected to be used in the field of microelectronics.

大尺寸电阻加热式碳化硅晶体生长热场设计与优化

大尺寸低缺陷碳化硅(SiC)单晶体是功率器件和射频(RF)器件的重要基础材料,物理气相传输(physical vapor transport, PVT)法是目前生长大尺寸SiC单晶体的主要方法。获得大尺寸高品质晶体的核心是通过调节组分、温度、压力实现气相组分在晶体生长界面均匀定向结晶,同时尽可能减小晶体的热应力。本文对电阻加热式8英寸(1英寸=2.54 cm)碳化硅大尺寸晶体生长系统展开热场设计研究。首先建立描述碳化硅原料受热分解热质输运及其多孔结构演变、系统热输运的物理和数学模型,进而使用数值模拟方法研究加热器位置、加热器功率和辐射孔径对温度分布的影响及其规律,并优化热场结构。数值模拟结果显示,通过优化散热孔形状、保温棉的结构等设计参数,电阻加热式大尺寸晶体生长系统在晶锭厚度变化、多孔介质原料消耗的情况下均能达到较低的晶体横向温度梯度和较高的纵向温度梯度。     

两个基于2,5-二甲氧基对苯二甲酸和咪唑衍生物的超分子钴配位聚合物的结构及光催化反应

本文以咪唑衍生物为配体,通过水热合成法与钴离子制备出两个配位聚合物:{[Co(DTA)(1,4-DIB)(H₂O)]·H₂O}_n(1)和[Co(DTA)(1,3-BMIB)]_n(2)(1,4-DIB=1,4-二(1H-咪唑-1-基)苯; 1,3-BMIB=1,3-二(4-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)苯;H₂DTA=2,5-二甲氧基对苯二甲酸)。利用X射线单晶衍射、粉末衍射、热失重、元素分析、红外光谱以及固体紫外-可见光谱等对两个配合物进行了表征。结构分析证实配合物1和2是通过二维结构堆积成的三维超分子化合物。粉末衍射测试则显示两个配合物在水中有很好的稳定性。固体紫外-可见光谱显示两个配合物属半导体材料,对紫外-可见光有很强的吸收作用。在光催化实验中,配合物1和2可加快亚甲基蓝的降解速度。

移动加热器法生长碲锌镉晶体的组分输运与界面形貌研究

移动加热器法(THM)生长碲锌镉晶体时,界面稳定性对晶体生长的质量有很大影响。本文基于多物理场有限元仿真软件Comsol建立了THM生长碲锌镉晶体的数值模拟模型,讨论了Te边界层与组分过冷区之间的关系,对不同生长阶段的物理场、Te边界层与组分过冷区进行仿真研究,最后讨论了微重力对物理场分布的影响,并对比了微重力与正常重力下的生长界面形貌。模拟结果表明,Te边界层与组分过冷区的分布趋势是一致的,在不同生长阶段,流场中次生涡旋的位置会发生移动,从而导致生长界面的形貌随着生长的进行发生变化,同时微重力条件下形成的生长界面形貌最有利于单晶生长。因此,在晶体生长的中前期,对次生涡旋位置的控制和对组分过冷的削弱,是THM生长高质量晶体的有效方案。     

球形方解石的合成和表征

25℃下,用豆腐废水作为碳酸钙形貌调节剂,用Na2 CO3和CaCl,·6H2O作为原料合成碳酸钙,研究豆腐废水对产物组成和粒子形貌的影响.用粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对合成的产品晶型进行了表征,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察研究粒子的形貌.研究结果显示,合成得到的产物是纯的方解石,粒子的形状是球形的或者是接近球形的.结果 说明,豆腐废水虽然不会影响碳酸钙的晶型,但是会影响碳酸钙粒子的形貌.     

Stable isotope dilution assay for the accurate determination of tricaine in fish samples by HPLC–MS–MS

Tricaine methanesulfonate is one of most commonly used anesthetics in fish during blood sampling, artificial propagation and long‐distance transportation. In this study, an accurate method for the quantitative determination of tricaine in fish samples by a stable isotope dilution assay coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography–triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed. Tricaine‐D₅ was synthesized and used as an isotopically labeled internal standard for the determination of tricaine. The analytical performance of the method was validated for tricaine determination in marine fish and freshwater fish. The determination of tricaine was linear in the range of 2.0–200.0 μg L^?1. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation for fish muscle tissues were 1.0 and 4.0 μg kg^?1, respectively. Good recoveries were obtained in the range of 92.08–97.50%. The inter‐ and intra‐assay relative standard deviations (RSD values) were investigated, and the values were 0.39–3.01 and 0.85–2.77%, respectively. The values of CCα and CCβ were 10.21–10.43 and 10.42–10.87 μg kg^?1, respectively. The clearance of MS‐222 from grass carp was further studied using our method. The results demonstrate that MS‐222 could be well absorbed and rapidly eliminated after bath administration.     

La1-x CaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3/CaZrO3(0≤x≤0.2)复相陶瓷材料发射率的研究

以La2O3、Al2O3、ZrO2、Cr2O3、CaCO3为原料,通过高温固相反应法制备La1-xCaxAl0.8 Cr0.2O3/CaZrO3(0≤x≤0.2)复相陶瓷材料,分别通过XRD、SEM和EDS等仪器对试样的物相组成和显微结构进行分析,利用紫外可见近红外分光光度计测量其红外吸收曲线.结果 表明:当CaZrO3理论生成量和La1-xCaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3的摩尔比小于0.20时复相陶瓷材料在0.76～2.5 μm的发射率较La0.8 Ca0.2Al0.8Cr0.2O3得到进一步提高,当CaZrO3理论生成量和La1-xCaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3的摩尔比为0.04时发射率最佳.
